This page explains what information we collect on haachidigital.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

1. 01Who we are

2. 02What we collect

   When you use the form in our contact section, you may give us: your name, business name, type of business, city, team size, whether you are online yet, the help you need, your mobile number, your email (optional), the best time to call, and any note you add.

   The form does not send this to a database on our website. It opens WhatsApp with your message already written, addressed to our number. What you send is a WhatsApp message to us, so the WhatsApp terms and privacy policy apply to it as well. If you call or email us instead, we receive what you tell us.

   Like most sites, we also collect basic visit information: the pages you view, the type of device and browser, your approximate location, and the site you came from. This comes from analytics (see below) and from our hosting provider's server logs.

3. 03Why we use it

   To reply to your enquiry, understand your business, prepare a proposal, deliver work you ask for, and improve this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. 04Analytics and cookies

   We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

5. 05Who else sees it

   Only the services that run the site and carry your message: our hosting provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you send a message, and Google Analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it.

6. 06How long we keep it

   For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

7. 07Your choices

   You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us using the details above and we will reply within a reasonable time.

8. 08Children

   This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

9. 09Changes

   If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
